Please note that the Ladies T-Shirts and Ladies Hoodys are Fitted and you should use these sizes as a guide when buying any of our garments.

Please note that in our experience our Distressed range in Ladies are slightly smaller and we would advise you to look at the next size up. This is just our experience.

DELIVERY
All orders are sent out using 1^st Class mail and must be signed for on delivery. Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days of received payment, for delivery within 7 days.
You will only be charged postage once for your order even if we send out multiple packages.
In the unlikely event that your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us immediately.

GUARANTEE
Our mission is that you will be pleased with your piece of Redhead. However if there is a fault in the garment and you are not satisfied with it return it for a replacement within 7 days.

RETURNS
On faulty goods please return within 7 days and we will reimburse your carriage costs.
We regret we cannot refund carriage on incorrect purchases.

Remember to ask for a proof of postage certificate when returning goods, because if it gets lost on return to us, we will ask for it as proof.

CARING FOR YOUR PIECE OF REDHEAD
We make every effort to ensure the high quality of all Redhead garments. We suggest the following care practices:
Iron on reverse
Wash dark colours separately
Do not tumble dry
Do not spot clean
40 degree wash

PRICES
All prices are in UK Pound Sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to alter prices.

Due to the nature of technology, slight colour variations may result between the actual garment and those portrayed on our site.
